Icon Experiences Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Icon Attractions LLC, doing business as Icon Experiences("we" or "us"). We operate KC Wheel, The Capital Wheel, St. Louis Wheel, FlightDeck, and other Icon Experiences attractions. They apply when you buy tickets, passes, gift cards, food or group events from any of our attractions online, at a kiosk or at the counter.

Tickets are valid for the attraction, date and time shown on them. Keep your ticket link private; anyone holding it can use it. Prices, hours and availability can change, and attractions may close for weather, safety or maintenance. If we cancel your visit, we'll offer a new date, a gift card or a refund to your original payment.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Clover. We never store your full card number. Refunds and exchanges follow the policy shown at checkout for that attraction.

Gift cards are redeemable at the attraction that issued them, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and should be treated like cash.

If you check the text box at checkout, you agree to get transactional texts about your order (up to 5 per order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Full details are in our SMS Policy.

Follow posted rules and staff instructions. We may refuse entry or end a visit for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
