Icon Attractions LLC, doing business as Icon Experiences, operates KC Wheel, The Capital Wheel, St. Louis Wheel, FlightDeck, and other Icon Experiences attractions. This policy explains what we collect from guests and how we use it.

Your name, email and/or mobile number, what you bought and when you visit, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address. Card payments are handled by Clover; we never see or store your full card number.

To complete your order, deliver your tickets, send receipts, visit reminders and payment reminders, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and run our attractions. If you opt in, we use your mobile number for the texts described in our SMS Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Only service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment processor (Clover), email and SMS providers, and hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
