Icon Experiences SMS Policy

Text messages are sent by Icon Attractions LLC, doing business as Icon Experiences, on behalf of the attractions it operates: KC Wheel, The Capital Wheel, St. Louis Wheel, FlightDeck, and other Icon Experiences attractions. Each text starts with the attraction's name.

You only get texts if you enter your mobile number at checkout and check the box that says "Text me order confirmations, tickets & visit reminders." The box is never checked for you. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase; you can leave it unchecked and still buy. See a sample of the checkout opt-in.

Transactional messages only: order confirmations, links to your digital tickets, visit-day reminders, group payment reminders, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our texts (such as our SMS provider), and only to send the messages you asked for.
